About the presenter:
thomas-norman.jpgThomas L. Norman, CPP/PSP is a Global Security Technology Consultant (Technology Consultant II) for Ingram Micro. Mr. Norman has more than 35 years of experience as an international security and anti-terrorism consultant serving U.S. and foreign governments and major NGOs such as international peacekeeping forces. His work mostly focused on conflict regions (North Africa, the Middle East, the Gulf and South Asia). Mr. Norman maintained an office and home in Beirut, Lebanon during much of this time. Mr. Norman’s expertise is wide and deep, including Political and Security Risk Analysis, Military Force Protection, Physical Security, Operational Security, and Government Level Cyber Security. Mr. Norman has written nine books on Security Principles, one of which was awarded Security Industry Book of the Year in 2016. Mr. Norman maintains an up-to-date cyber-threat library and uses a vendor-agnostic approach to assist customers to solve their most difficult security challenges.
